Calcium: the miracle nutrient

Calcium helps keep bones and teeth strong. However, recent findings revealed that the mineral may also fight against high blood pressure, heart disease, pre-menstrual syndrome and osteoporosis. Aside from dairy products, calcium can also be found in tofu, kale, sardines and Chinese cabbage, among others.
