Jane Walsh is a private cook for wealthy families in the Berkshires. One of her clients is the famed cellist Yo-Yo Ma. Included are her recipes for Eggplant Yo-Yo, spinach gratin, roasted asparagus, minted curried fresh pea soup, garlicky stuffed quahogs, tomatoes BBB, pear gingerbread, and hazelnut torte.
