Drugs are back - big time
Article Abstract:
Nationwide studies show that the use of illicit drugs is once again on the rise after declining steadily in the 1980s. This trend can be attributed to the glorification of drug use in popular culture and the lack of effective anti-drug campaigns similar to those implemented in the 1980s.
