Article Abstract:
Several thousand employees lost their jobs and the entire city was affected in various ways when Rochester-based Eastman Kodak moved its single-use camera production overseas. The camera-film maker's transition from Rochester's largest and most prestigious company to one facing insurmountable financial difficulties is discussed.
