Port, sherry and madeira: the glory of Iberia
Article Abstract:
Sherry is a fortified wine made in the Spanish province of Cadiz. Port is made in the Douro Valley of Portugal and madeira on the island of Madeira. Sherry ranges from very dry to very sweet, making it the most versatile of the three.
