Fear & the word

Article Abstract:

The means to be in a country where a dictatorial regime suppresses all rights of the individual and how people constantly live in fear that they may be hauled up for uncommitted crimes are described. This fear had been experienced by Chile during the controversial rule of President Pinochet and considers that it is an emotion that cannot be experienced by people living in a free world where they do not know the meaning of being gagged.
