Article Abstract:

The emotional upheaval and subsequent recovery of a lady, Cindi Broaddus, who got injured when sulphuric acid was thrown from an overpass is described. The Cindi Broaddus Act has been passed in the Oklahoma state senate, which strictly penalizes anybody throwing any object from a bridge or overpass.
