Does brain exercise work?

Changes occur in the brain as age progresses. However, it is undetermined how these changes affect, if at all, the thought processes of a person. An increasing number of people believe that challenging mind exercises help keep the brain active and creative.

Acetaminophen was found to be just as successful as the anti-inflammmatory drug ibuprofen in addressing the problems brought about by osteoarthritis of the knee. The cheap and readily available painkiller also has reduced risks of side effects.
