President Bush signed the Veterans Health Improvement Act of 2004 into law on November 30, 2004 and it designates $15 million over the next two years to establish VA multi-trauma centers. The VA medical facilities will expertise in amputation rehabilitation, spinal cord, brain injury and treatment of blindness and the other aspects of veteransE health care.
