Sap bucket blues
Article Abstract:
It takes 40 gallons of sap to make one gallon of maple syrup and collecting the sap is an arduous task. However, the sound of sap dripping into a bucket is laden with history and tradition, and is far more appealing than the sight of modern plastic tubing collection methods of the 1990s.
