Eight ways in which a bride can pay tribute in the Korean culture are presented. The hahm or the wooden chest filled with treasures for the bride, hanbok, which is a ceremonial costume, welcome party, wooden goose, piggyback ride, reverential treatment, which is called p'yeback, target practice and Eastern fares are the eight main aspects of the Korean culture.

Searching for my birthmother
Article Abstract:
A woman describes how she began looking for her birthmother at the age of 21, after she got married and became pregnant. Part of the reason for the search was to gain a family medical history, but part of the reason was to find out why the birthmother decided on adoption.
