Should congress end production of the Stealth Bomber?

Article Abstract:

There are debates in the US Congress on whether to end the production of the B-2 Stealth Bomber. Rep John R. Kasich believes that the B-2 program should be terminated because it is not cost effective. Furthermore, he added that there are no applications for the B-2 in the present military situation. However, Rep Ike Skelton believes that the B-2 program should be continued in view of the considerable investment already put in it.
