A truck driver for a commercial beekeeper meets a collision while transporting 250 beehives with more than five million bees. Surviving the crash he is trapped inside the truck. He suffers severe bee stinging before he is rescued three hours later.

Article Abstract:

A family of four, including two boys aged two and four, was attacked by a swarm of wasps in a Florida marsh. They were able to survive due to the almost miraculous appearance of a man who was also on a hunting trip with his friends.

John Shane figured in a vehicular accident where the truck he was driving turned over, trapping him in its cab. However, the truck was carrying millions of bees which began stinging Shane. An account of the rescue efforts is given.
