The legacy of monologuist, recitalist and dramatic artist Ruth Draper is being argued as a new full-length biography "The World of Ruth Draper" is being published. The legal rights to her professional creations and to her personal papers have been unsettled since her death nearly 43 years ago. Her fans included other great performers such as George Bernard Shaw and Katherine Hepburn.
