Article Abstract:

Paul Saginaw and Ari Weinzweig created a group of food businesses under the Zingerman's name that has become a tradition among University of Michigan students in this college town and among worldwide mail-order customers. They believe that commitment to great flavor does not have to mean fancy and turning passion for top-of-the-line ingredients into irresistible dishes means effort.
