John Hawkins succeeded in leading police and insurance investigators around the world for three years before his arrest for murder and insurance fraud. With co-conspirators physician Richard Boggs and hustler Gene Hanson, Hawkins manipulated his way through the underworld of drugs and laundered money to try to achieve the perfect crime.
