Total knee replacement surgery
Article Abstract:
Arthritic knee joints can be replaced by a prosthetic joint made of plastic and metal. Hospitalization for three days plus three months of therapy relieves most of the pain. Increased strength, mobility and improved quality of life are some of the benefits of knee surgery.
