Tribal wars: old ethnic rivalries are back, again threatening world peace

Armed conflicts resulting from ethnic animosities are once again occurring throughout the globe and threatening world peace. Historically, such conflicts have been the most violent. Left unchecked, these armed rivalries may yet lead to another world war.

911: a system calling for help
Article Abstract:
The US 911 rescue system is not as reliable as perceived. Many errors and delays are due to undertraining, understaffing or outdated equipment, but a great majority of calls are non-emergency or prank calls, which puts a huge burden on the system.
