Biofeedback presents a solution to patients suffering from brain and spinal-cord damage. Using heart-rate and brain wave monitors, patients are taught how to control their heart rates and other physiological responses in order to create a movement.

Article Abstract:

A mysterious condition called Raynaud's syndrome cuts blood flow to hands and feet and makes them uncomfortably cold. Biofeedback has been effective in treating the primary form of the disease.
