APPA representatives testify on prison rape
Article Abstract:
President-elect Barbara Broderick and research associate Carrie Abner from the American Probation and Parole Association (APPA), testified before the National Prison Rape Elimination Commission regarding the prevention of prison rape. A guide to preventing and responding to prisoner sexual assault is being developed by APPA.
