The dynamics of agglomeration: Evidence from Ireland and Portugal
Article Abstract:
The presence of clusters or agglomeration in Portuguese and Irish manufacturing industries between 1985 and 1998 is examined and compared. It is found that industries tend to be geographically mobile, and the emergence of new plants disperses clusters, while deaths strengthen agglomeration in both countries.

Does the number of houses a broker shows depend on a homeseeker's race?
Article Abstract:
The discriminatory conduct of brokers while showing houses to homeseekers is scrutinized on the basis of audit information and a fixed-effects Poisson framework. Results confirm that brokers show a lower percentage of houses to Hispanics and African-Americans than to whites or Asians.
