Article Abstract:
The identity of a person as a Palestinian is not based on a combination of the national characteristics that give rise to the Palestinian people but rather on general will which keeps them together is illustrated. Reading of the general will seems to be illustrated in the endeavors of the Palestinian people to achieve a state and the right to return as it captures the understanding of their identity and their own sense of homeland.
