Cracks in the glass ceiling: an analysis of gender equity in the federal government auditing career field
Article Abstract:
An article about the progress made towards achieving gender equity among federal government auditors since the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1991 is presented. While research results indicate some progress in achieving gender equity has been made, more research is warranted.
