Crossing the border

Article Abstract:

Cross-border and trade relations of the United States, Canada and Mexico are important to the economic plans for each of the country. Concerns over the effect of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI), which requires passport and other documentation crossing borders, in creating travel and trade barriers among the three countries are discussed.
