Article Abstract:
Deregulation of California's electricity market in 1998 has led to the emergence of the concept of green power. Such green power refers to renewable energy such as solar, wind, biomass, geothermal and small hydropower. Research has shown that many commercial customers are keen to purchase renewable energy, even if it is more expensive.
