Multisectoral network in global governance: towards a pluralistic system of accountability
Article Abstract:
The elements of a pluralistic system of accountability with regard to one of the most ambitious institutional innovations in global governance: multisectoral public policy networks are outlined. The operational and participatory governance challenges that form the context for the emergence of new forms of networked governance along the public-private frontier, is analyzed.

Disaggregated sovereignty: towards the public accountability of global government networks
Article Abstract:
The function of the government is to address to the issues faced by the nation; however, many problems associated with government networks are presented. The strategies to overcome the scope of each problem across different government networks are discussed, where improving the accountability is considered as a step towards disaggregating sovereignty.

A brief review using arguing and communicative actions as significant tools for non-hierarchical steering modes in global governance is presented. How arguing and deliberative processes affect rule-setting and rule-implementation processes in global governance is discussed.
