Article Abstract:
Manufacturing companies must adopt team organization and cast aside conventional management approaches in order to increase their chances of success. Building teamwork is usually carried out by analyzing each member's preferences and needs. More importantly, work groups must direct their goals and missions towards a common goal- that is, customer service and satisfaction. Experts also advise team managers to create groups in coordination with other companies.
