Cost-sharing and pharmaceutical utilisation and expenditure in Russia
Article Abstract:
Research was conducted to examine the impact of exemption status and other socio-economic variables on pharmaceutical use in Russia. The calculations were obtained from a newly collected household survey covering around four thousand households. Results demonstrate that part of the explanation for the observed differences in expenditure and utilization across oblasts relates to differences in exemption policies in each region.

The effects of low-party and unemployment on psychological well-being: a logistic regression approach
Article Abstract:
Unemployment creates a more serious effect on the psychological well-being of an individual than low-paid employment. Unemployment results to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and self-confidence, and reduction in the level of general happiness. Men tend to be greatly affected by unemployment compared to women based on an analysis of data from the 1992 British Household Panel Study.
