Designing a physician ecosystem
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to examine the application of ecosystems to a hospital's medical staff. The study focuses on the development of staff and relations while considering the need for an adequate combination of various physician types. It is shown that physicians remain primary marketers and users of hospital services despite much changes in the industry. Thus, hospitals must continually invest in them to remain successful in their operations.
