The American Society of Safety Engineers has expressed concerns to Michael Chertoff, secretary with the Department of Homeland Security, over the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement having its agents disguise themselves as agents of the Occupational Safety and Health, for catching of illegal immigrants.
