Great comebacks
Article Abstract:
Health maintenance organizations CEOs need to implement more efficient strategies to boost their companies' profitability and competitiveness in the healthcare market. Health maintenance organizations can boost their effectiveness by offering better quality services to adequately meet the community's healthcare needs and by implementing more efficient operating cost control strategies. Lack of change in the profile of healthcare services and failure to meet the community's medical care needs greatly affect health organizations' business.

So what's the problem?
Article Abstract:
Regular people should be included in Medicare reform discussions in order that reform be meaningful. Instead of theoreticians, editorial page writers, electronic news sages, and other consensus groups advising that something be done about the fact that the Medicare Trust Fund is in severe financial trouble, Medicare users or potential users should be asked if they think the system needs to be reformed at all. Surveys have indicated that some Americans think the system needs protecting rather than changing.
