Article Abstract:
Ernst & Young has developed the spider graph, an evaluative tool that allows managed care organizations to link their market assessments with their internal analyses, thus determining their readiness for the managed care market. The spider graph uses 50 criteria to assign one of five scores to each of 11 characteristics; results are subsequently mapped on a chart resembling a spiderweb.
