Prevention: provide ergo training for Spanish-speaking employees in at-risk industries

Article Abstract:

The statistical data reflecting the number of workplace injuries caused to non-English speaking, especially to Hispanic workers, are presented. Due to language being a major barrier, necessary steps need to be taken to explain these workers, the safety and security measures, that need to be adopted to keep these injuries at bay. Methods to train these workers effectively, are outlined.
