Age differences in visual search for feature, conjunction and tripple-conjunction targets
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to analyze age differences in visual search for feature, conjunction and triple-conjunction target. Results indicate that older adults showed a reduced search rates for many conjunction targets. Both older and younger adults benefited when an extra feature was available to define the conjunction target. This shows that the relative amount of improvement in search performance was similar for younger and older adults when the triple-conjunction search was compared to the conjunction search.

The new equation
Article Abstract:
A popular management formula increases efficiency by cutting the number of employees in half and paying the remaining workers more money for greater productivity.
