The Nursing and Midwifery Practice Development Unit started collaborating with a network of link nurses from all National Health Service trusts in Scotland in 2000. It also works with higher education institutions and related organizations. It aims to promote a unified approach to practice development, ensuring that valuable information is properly communicated.
