Error leaves nurses unregulated
Article Abstract:
The article discusses a minor error at the time of registration of nurses by the by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) that considers them to be practicing illegally. The NMC council in 2005 voted to allow specialist community public health nurses (SCPHNs) to join third part of the register leaving about 3,500 legitimately unregistered.
