Advances aim to ease stem cell concerns
Article Abstract:
Two teams of research have developed alternative methods for the production of mouse embryonic stem cell lines that might serve to diminish the ethical debate about the origin of human embryonic stem cell lines. Conclusions suggest that both the techniques make it possible to produce functional mouse stem cell lines but remain unproven in humans.
