Nurses have attempted to promote using the measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine developed in 1998. The British Medical Association has proposed a law requiring vaccination, while the National Care Standards Commission, created in Apr, 2002, will be promoting more stringent reporting of adverse drug reactions and oversight of proper dosage.
