Protein requirements vary with how intensely a bodybuilder trains. A low-intensity training program, for instance, needs to consume about 1-1.2 grams of protein each day. Consuming more protein than what is needed will result to greater fat deposits.

Caffeine capsules were found to provide potent ergogenic effects than taking coffee, since the capsules boost both endurance and adrenalin secretion. Drinking coffee yields decreased metabolic response without any performance enhancements.
