Caffeine increases work capacity

Article Abstract:

Adding caffeine in the diet of bodybuilders can help them increase their output without these athletes thinking that have exerted extra effort in their workout. Caffeine in the diet has been shown to help athletes increase effort with no notable increase in heart rate and blood pressure.
