Choline & L-carnitine
Article Abstract:
The amino acid L-carnitine is essential to fat burning. However, recent studies show that, contrary to expectations, L-carnitine supplementation does not always increase fat burning. A new study suggests that choline increases muscle L-carnitine levels in guinea pigs.
