Enrollment reg elicits physician dread

Article Abstract:

According to the American Medical Association and other physician groups, the regulations proposed in April by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, would run counter to the Bush administrations' efforts to reduce paperwork. The new regulations are also described as burdensome.
