Improving oral health care of patients who have cancer
Article Abstract:
The role played by oral health care in the early intervention to alleviate pain and to improve cancer patients' overall quality of life is discussed. The discussion also highlights that nurses have an important role to play in the maintenance of patients' oral hygiene.
