Have you done an STD check lately?

Article Abstract:

Dr. Anita L. Nelson of the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA reports that a number of patients have genital warts and are not aware that they have the condition. She recommends that women do more self-examination and seek treatment. On a related topic, the American Cancer Society has revised its guidelines on breast self-examinations, calling them optional instead of mandetory. Marital counseling is recommended for wives who fear their mates may be committing adultery. Women's Capital Corp is seeking to make emergency contraceptives available over-the-counter by 2004.
