"Health for all": an attainable goal or an idealistic dream?

The inequalities that are prevalent in administration of public health worldwide are examined. The factors which are determinants of public health are discussed and directives that can help achieve the goal of 'health for all' are presented.

Dance-based exercise and Tai-Chi and their benefits for people with arthritis: a review

A study evaluating the benefits of two art forms, namely, dance based exercises and Tai-Chi, for arthritis patients, is presented. Directions for health educators working with these patients, are also presented.
