Article Abstract:

The 'help yourself to health' campaign aims to improve nurses' health, safety and well-being by supporting nurses and employers to make positive changes, improve policies and facilities, and share best practice. Nurses actually need such campaign as they presents certain realities such as shift rotation, demanding and often emotionally draining workloads, moving and handling, and contact with chemicals, sharps and X-rays, as a profession.

Improving access to essential equipment

Article Abstract:

An attempt is made to investigate as to how equipment libraries could improve access to much needed items as part of Nursing Times' Equip Us to Care campaign. The fact that nurses play a key role in their development is also highlighted.
