Jody Black Miedema keeps herself physically fit all the time as part of her job as a firefighter and paramedic. Her physical strength enables her to ably perform her duties as a member of the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Dept in South Florida. Her exercise regimen includes weight training, in-line skating, wake boarding and mountain biking.
