Intrapartum fetal heart rate patterns in the prediction of neonatal acidemia

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on intrapartum electronic fetal heart rate. The authors have investigated the correlation of the intrapartum electronic fetal heart rate pattern changes with the neonatal acidemia development, and they report that in case on intrapartum electronic fetal heart rate urgent delivery should be considered.

Research has been conducted on the association of birth deffects among mathernal and paternal occupation groups in Singapore. Results demonstrate that maternal delivery age is an important risk factor for birth defects.

Research has been conducted on first-timester ductus venosus velocities in relation to cardiac abnormalities. Results have demonstrated that fetuses with cardiac defects have changed ductus venosus velocities.
