Is it worth working as an agency nurse?

The author discusses the benefits, as well as the disadvantages of the agency nurses. Despite of being well paid, agency nurses are found to be unhappy with their work because they have to face a different set of severe problems, which make their job difficult.

Is it better to be a nurse in Scotland?
Article Abstract:
The recently developed pay award system for nurses in Scotland shows that the nurses are much better off working in Scotland than England, as they get a better pay, high level of satisfaction and security by the government.
