Legal threat to means tested nursing care

Article Abstract:

Issues concerning the political stance made by the Royal College of Nursing in Great Britain against the government's decision of means testing the home residents in need of National Health Service care are discussed. Particular attention is given to fears that financial concerns could come before health needs.
